My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals feel respected and heard. I believe that everyone is capable of change when given the appropriate guidance, support, and opportunity. This belief was strengthened through my work with youth in juvenile detention and individuals on probation, where I supported justice-involved individuals as they navigated accountability, trauma, and major life transitions. These experiences deepened my commitment to meeting people where they are and honoring their capacity for growth. Currently, I am a pre-licensed professional working under supervision as I pursue full licensure. In this role, I am dedicated to ongoing learning, self-reflection, and professional growth. As a pre-licensed therapist, I help individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered as they work through challenges and develop healthier coping strategies. Helping others has always been at the heart of my work. My time in law enforcement allowed me to support people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives, including struggles with crisis and substance abuse. These experiences showed me that real change often requires compassion and long-term therapeutic support, not just enforcement.
