Introduction

Psychotherapy is a journey of healing and transformation. Rooted in the Greek meaning “to tend the soul,” my work helps you reconnect with the quiet inner place where true healing begins. From this space, real change can unfold. I support individuals and couples in building understanding, acceptance, and emotional growth. Couples can deepen their connection, strengthen communication, and create greater trust and intimacy. Transformational Soul 2 Soul Coaching helps uncover inner wisdom, breaks limiting patterns, and creates an authentic, empowered version of yourself—for your career or personal life. Real change from the inside out. Clients describe me as warm, intuitive, and direct, with a unique ability to quickly identify core challenges. Our work is collaborative, and your active engagement is essential to meaningful healing and transformation. I use an integrative approach, drawing on meditation, imagery, energy-based methods, and breathwork as needed to support your growth. True transformation happens when mind, body, emotions, and spirit come together. I offer secure Teletherapy for Arizona residents and coaching without State limits. My practice is open, affirming, and grounded in dignity, compassion, and respect for all. I treat every person with compassion and genuine care.
