I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life’s challenges—whether it’s relationship conflict, anxiety, depression, grief, shifting family roles, or the impact of addiction in a loved one’s life. Our backgrounds and experiences shape how we see the world, and I’m committed to understanding your unique story as we work together. My practice is grounded in specialized training in couples and family therapy, along with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in our community. I have also completed Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I draw on my training and experience working with individuals and families to help couples and families strengthen communication, reconnect, and build healthier patterns and to help individuals consider how to approach challenges and improve their relationships. Life is full of transitions—some chosen, some unexpected. These moments can feel overwhelming, but they also offer opportunities for growth. I believe you already carry the strengths you need to meet these challenges, and my role is to help you access those strengths, build new skills, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
