I’m Eavan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while deepening their connection to themselves and those around them. Trained relationally, I work from the understanding that we are all shaped by our relationships, experiences, and environments, past and present. My path to becoming a therapist began with a love for understanding people and their stories. I earned my undergraduate degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Puget Sound, where I developed a deep appreciation for human experiences, relationships, and cultures. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a kindergarten teacher and discovered a desire to provide more individualized support to families. This led me to pursue my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University, graduating in 2024. I am trained in Brainspotting, a trauma-informed approach that can help access and process experiences that may be stored deeper in the brain and body. I integrate Brainspotting alongside relational and evidence-based approaches to support clients in their healing and growth My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection. Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, family dynamics, or identity exploration, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually camping in the mountains with my dog, training for a race, cuddling with my cat while drinking copious amounts of tea, reading a good book, trying new recipes or tending to my houseplants. I can’t wait to learn about your life, passions, and experiences.
