Introduction

Using a psychodynamic approach, I help clients explore the deeper roots of their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. Together, we examine how past experiences and unconscious beliefs shape present challenges. Through self awareness, clients can break free from recurring patterns and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting with others. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater self awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience.
