Introduction

You know something doesn't feel quite right. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, navigating a major life transition, or carrying experiences that feel difficult to process alone. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to continue settling for less than the life you want for yourself. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I work with adults experiencing emotional dysregulation, trauma, grief and loss, identity exploration, family conflict, individuals working through fertility challenges, and major life transitions. My therapeutic approach is grounded in relational, emotionally focused, and narrative practices. I help clients better understand the patterns, emotions, and stories that shape their experiences while developing practical, solution-focused strategies to create lasting change. Whether you're looking to manage anxiety and depression more effectively, strengthen relationships, or reconnect with yourself, therapy can provide the support and direction needed to move toward your goals. Healing doesn't require having all the answers—it begins with taking the first step. A new perspective, greater self-understanding, and meaningful change are within reach. I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
