Introduction

I am a seasoned therapist with more than 10 years experience working with adolescent youth, families, and young adults in diverse community based and system involved settings. With a growing passion for couples and other relational care support, much of my work explores themes of self worth, relational boundaries, navigating grief, anxiety, and the harmful impacts of systemic and generational trauma. To deepen insight, heal old wounds, and practice mindful awareness, my approach prioritizes connecting early life experiences with present life functioning. I also integrate restorative and transformative justice practices to mediate and explore relational conflicts. As I progress towards licensure, my practice is guided under the supervision of esteemed psychotherapist Rochelle Edwards, LMFT #34664 and her organization Transformative Justice Institute. I center the belief that we are all experts in our own lives and with meaningful guidance and support can access all the internal and external resources needed for fulfillment. For shorter term support on specific goals, as a certified healing centered coach I offer coaching services as well. This model holds the framing that centering our wellness by making space to invite our whole, wise selves to decision making allows us to step into our power when moving towards our goals. Intuition, sensory awareness, mind-body-spirit connection, play, creativity, and curiosity are all coaching tools I use to guide the coaching journey.
