Introduction

Hi, I’m Ebony, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I’m really glad you found your way here. Many of the people I work with are capable, values-driven, and deeply committed to doing a good job in every role they hold. You may be raising children, supporting aging parents, leading at work, serving your community, or all of the above. Your days are full, your mind rarely rests, and your to-do list never seems finished. At night, it’s hard to turn things off because there is always something else to manage, plan, or prepare for. If you are living with anxiety, it may show up as constant mental motion, difficulty slowing down, or fear of missing an opportunity. Depression can look like emotional heaviness, disconnection, or feeling discouraged when life does not reflect the effort you are putting in. Burnout often shows up when you are caring for everyone else while quietly running out of space for yourself. I believe therapy should feel accessible, not intimidating. This is were a 15 min consultation comes in. Feel free to schedule time to allow us to acquainted and determine if I am a good fit for your needs. I look forward to hearing from you.
