Introduction

Hi there, I'm Ebony! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing therapy that blends CBT and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and inner patterns in a more compassionate and practical way. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship stress. My approach is structured but warm—I focus on helping clients slow down, identify what’s happening internally (the “parts” of them that show up in different moments), and build real tools they can use outside of session. I also support parents and caregivers in understanding behavior through a systems lens so change can happen in a more sustainable way. I got started in this field because I’ve always been drawn to how people make meaning of their experiences and how change actually happens in real life—not just in insight, but in patterns, habits, and relationships. Over time, I’ve developed a style that is both reflective and practical, helping clients feel more grounded, more self-aware, and more in control of how they respond to life. My goal is to create a space where you don’t feel like you have to “perform” therapy—just show up, be honest, and build something that actually supports your day-to-day life.
