Introduction

Ebony founded Kirk Therapy & Consulting, PLLC, in 2022 during COVID-19. A proud native of Charlotte, NC, Ebony graduated from North Mecklenburg High School and received her Bachelor's in Human Relations from Pfeiffer University in 2017. Ebony is a proud alumna of Johnson C. Smith University (Go Golden Bulls), where she earned her Master of Social Work in 2019. She is currently a PhD candidate (ABD) in the International Psychology Program at the Chicago School, where she is researching human trafficking and disease outbreaks. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate in North Carolina, Ebony is dedicated to creating a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for her clients. She enjoys working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, survivors of human trafficking, and veterans. Outside of work, Ebony cherishes spending time with her family and friends. She loves traveling to the beach and spending time outdoors.
