Ebony Wright is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Founder of R.I.S.E. Counseling & Consulting Services. She works primarily with adult women who are navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight of carrying too much responsibility for too long. Many of the women Ebony works with appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves on the inside. They are often the dependable one in their family, workplace, or relationships and struggle to prioritize their own needs without guilt. With over 10 years of experience in community mental health, crisis services, school-based counseling, and private practice, Ebony brings both clinical expertise and a practical understanding of the challenges many women face in balancing work, relationships, caregiving, and personal well-being. Ebony's approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused interventions, and trauma-informed care to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and create meaningful change. Her goal is to help clients move beyond survival mode and develop a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and aligned with their values. Ebony believes therapy should be a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Outside of her professional work, Ebony enjoys trying new restaurants, attending live music events, spending time with her children, and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, Ebony and the R.I.S.E. team are committed to helping you find the support that best fits your needs. Therapy with YOU in mind.
