This is a confidential, liberated space where you can explore ways to interact with your world, discuss how supremacy culture impacts health, and talk about strategies to navigate systems built without your success in mind. Our approach has a lens of neuroscience, humor, liberation, and how relationships impact well-being. Being dedicated to your mental wealth means we will incorporate community, culture, and capacity into your care, so you are more successful when releasing tensions. As non-pathologizing providers, diagnoses will only be used when required and with your collaboration. There may have been times when you were denied compassion due to assumptions about the money, abilities, or external qualities you have. This space is not that, there is not a requirement to perform; no one is perfect. We hold grace for the human condition because it's powerful and everyone could use it. We will collaborate as you challenge your comfort zones and begin to realize you can trust yourself and your bodymind. As folks with lived experience we are willing to offer this, when appropriate, as a way to normalize the human experience and shift dynamics in hierarchical systems. It also means we know addressing trauma gets WiLd. Finding supportive resources will be part of our work together, because lived experience does not translate into being an expert on your situation or your only source of information.
