Eden works primarily from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework and integrates narrative therapy, family-of-origin work, attachment-based therapy, somatic therapy, and sand tray therapy into her clinical approach. Her work is trauma-informed and collaborative, supporting clients in exploring the stories they carry about themselves, their relationships, and their experiences—while better understanding how early relationships and family dynamics shape present patterns. This work helps clients develop new, more empowering ways of understanding themselves and their experiences.
