I am a mental health counselor based in Brevard, NC and offer telehealth to all of North Carolina. I love working with teens and young adults and I offer a relational and collaborative approach to promote safety in the therapeutic space. I see a variety of clients, and particularly enjoy working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, social anxiety, trauma symptoms, and those looking for support navigating neurodivergence.
