I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management. In plain terms, I assess and diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe medication when it’s appropriate, and adjust your treatment over time so it truly fits your life. I’m also certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, so I bring a strong understanding of how physical and mental health affect each other. My approach is integrative and whole-person, looking at your sleep, stress, physical health, and daily life alongside your symptoms. I work with children, teens, adults, and seniors on anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, sleep concerns, bipolar disorder, panic, trauma, and PTSD. Our first visit is a thorough assessment of your history, current concerns, and goals, so your plan starts on a strong foundation. From there, you’ll be a true partner in every decision. My style is warm, open, and collaborative, and I especially enjoy working with people who are ready to take an active role in their care. My path began in nursing, where I was drawn to caring for the whole person, and grew into psychiatric care through my own experiences and a deep commitment to helping others. I hold master’s degrees in both family and psychiatric-mental health nursing. If you’re looking for thoughtful, whole-person psychiatric care, I’d be glad to meet you.
