Introduction

Many of the clients I work with are navigating postpartum depression, infertility struggles, or the pressure of balancing work, relationships, and parenting. Some are new parents wondering how to give their baby the care they deserve while still managing their own needs. Others are women newly diagnosed with ADHD or adults struggling to focus at work or school. I also support teens, adults, couples, and families working through childhood trauma, social anxiety, or relationship communication challenges while trying to feel more steady in their lives.
