I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in North Carolina, and I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, self-esteem, relationships, and other challenges that can make life feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel understood and respected while also having a clear path forward. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I also have a particular interest in working with men around issues that can sometimes be difficult to talk about, including emotional struggles, relationships, identity, self-worth, life transitions, and compulsive or problematic pornography use. Whether you are dealing with a specific problem or simply feel that something in your life needs to change, therapy can provide a place to slow down, gain perspective, and figure out what comes next. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without judgment while working together toward meaningful and lasting change. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d be glad to connect.
