Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor in Fayetteville, AR working with adolescents and adults facing obstacles related to depression, anxiety, and a history of traumatic experiences. As a humanistic and relationship focused practitioner, I believe it is my job to help you discover yourself and make meaning of your life and experiences. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative process. I would be happy to schedule a free consultation to explore whether I might be the right person to work with you toward achieving your goals. I earned my MS in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Arkansas and my MDiv from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University. I have been a practicing counselor for four years, and have worked in helping professions in some capacity for more than a decade. I am new to private practice and excited to walk alongside others in this new setting.
