This often includes pornography use, compulsive sexual behavior, infidelity, emotional disconnection, stress, and difficulty maintaining consistent habits. Many of the men I work with have tried to change on their own but find themselves repeating the same cycle. My approach is direct and practical, focused on helping you understand the patterns driving your behavior and building the ability to respond differently in real time. I specialize in three areas: Relationships, Intimacy, and Infidelity I help men improve emotional connection, communicate more effectively, and rebuild trust after betrayal. This includes understanding relational patterns, reducing defensiveness, and becoming more present in relationships. Porn, Sex Addiction, and Behavioral Patterns If you feel stuck in a cycle of pornography use, compulsive behavior, or secrecy, we work to identify triggers, reduce escalation, and build control and accountability. The goal is to move from reactivity and shame toward clarity and integrity. Self-Management, Stress, and Emotional Control I help men improve focus, manage stress, and build consistent routines. This includes developing emotional awareness, strengthening decision-making, and creating structure that supports long-term change. This is not surface-level therapy. The work is focused, structured, and designed to help you create real change in your behavior, relationships, and daily life.
