My therapeutic approach is grounded in radical self-love, trauma stewardship, and liberation-oriented care. Much of my clinical work centers on trauma, crisis intervention, attachment wounds, and burnout. I work with students across the lifespan—including high school, GED, undergraduate, and graduate learners—who are navigating academic pressure, identity development, burnout, and the emotional weight of expectations. I also support healthcare professionals, including nurses, EMS providers, and other medical professionals, who carry the cumulative impact of caregiving, trauma exposure, moral injury, and chronic stress. Supporting individuals experiencing suicidal ideation is a specialty area of my clinical work. I offer Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), an evidence-based and compassionate approach that centers collaboration, safety, and hope. You are supported every step of the way to define what makes life feel worth living for you. Ultimately, I believe therapy is an act of resistance against systems that thrive on disconnection, overwork, and silence. Choosing to heal is not only a personal commitment but a collective one—disrupting cycles of harm and creating pathways for future generations to live with greater compassion and freedom. It is my honor to walk alongside my clients.
