Introduction

I’m a Christian and have been counseling for over 30 years. My expertise is most evident with those who've had long-term stress or trauma backgrounds. I use ART, EMDR and FLASH Technique to process negative and traumatic memories or issues which helps in the reduction of symptoms like depression, anxiety, anger, addiction, and panic. And since negative events impact our whole being, I’m passionate about addressing the spiritual underpinnings and values that clients wrestle with, and how these have impacted their relationship with God, others, and self.
