I became a therapist because I believe that performing artists' mental health and wellbeing matter. After years in the classical music industry, then labor organizing, I realized that healing isn't only individual-- it's also collective. Today, I bring both perspectives to my work as a counselor. I specialize in supporting performing artists, transgender and gender-expansive people, activists, and anyone integrating transformative experiences. I practice experiential and somatic therapies because real change happens bottom-up, not just through top-down intellectualizing. I work with young adults through elders, and I'm currently accepting new clients for both in-person and telehealth sessions. My training includes a Master's in Counseling Psychology and postgraduate certificates in Gestalt Therapy and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. Whether you're navigating burnout, identity, trauma, or the weight of systemic oppression, I'm here to help you heal.
