I’m trained in several evidence-based practices that help people shift stuck patterns and thrive after challenging experiences, including DBT, ERP for OCD, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and EMDR. I am flexible in how I use these approaches and open to integrating other healing practices that feel meaningful to my clients. I also believe it’s important to keep learning and considering what I might not understand. A decade into my career, I returned to school for a Ph.D. in Community Psychology so that I could gain deeper training in multiple evidence-based trauma healing approaches and do community-based research that highlights injustices in the criminal legal system. to produce research that highlights injustices in the criminal legal system.
