Introduction

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 15 years of specialized experience working with trauma survivors, particularly those navigating PTSD, sexual assault, and dissociative disorders including Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). I understand how deeply trauma can fragment your sense of self, and I'm trained in evidence-based approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and dance/movement therapy to help you process what's happened and reclaim your wholeness. I also work with gender identity questions, spirituality and religion, and women's issues with cultural humility and affirming care. Whether you're a young adult beginning to name your experience, an adult rebuilding after trauma, or an elder processing long-held pain, I meet you where you are. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept CenCal Health and Medicare Part B of Southern California. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support your healing journey.
