I work with people who know the pressure of being on top of their game and what it costs when it becomes too much. Some have lost connection with themselves along the way, carrying anxiety, depression, or unprocessed stress that's quietly taking a toll. Others are couples building something beautiful together and want to do it right, investing in their relationship now while things are good. All of them show up ready for real work. That's exactly what I'm here for. My approach is practical, strengths-based, values-oriented, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based modalities, tailoring each session to where you are and what you need. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 13 years as a strength coach and personal trainer, which shapes how I work: we assess where you are, build skills progressively, and track progress. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and worked at both a mood and anxiety center and a community mental health center — giving me experience across a wide range of concerns, from everyday stress to complex trauma. I'm also a Registered Yoga Teacher and a National Certified Counselor. I won't just reflect your feelings back at you — I'll (gently) challenge you, equip you with tools you can use immediately, and work alongside you toward a life that feels like yours again.
