Their ultimate goal is to explore their current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to boost confidence in themselves, their relationships, and their life direction. My approach is supportive, adaptable, investigative, and educational, tailored to each individual’s needs. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults. Common modalities I use include EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Treatment for Skin Picking and Hair Pulling Disorders, Mindfulness, Neurofeedback therapy, and The Gottman Method for couples.
