Introduction

Are you feeling stuck in your thoughts? Maybe you have trouble finding joy in day-to-day life or you find yourself spending more time worrying than not. In my work, I help people understand what is happening in their current life, learn what might have gotten them here, and help them find a path to feeling better. I do this by using my knowledge of the brain and body to empower people to build self compassion, change their thought and behavior patterns, listen to their body, and build a balanced life. I am a Polyvagal Certified therapist who combines Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TI-CBT) & Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (a somatic based therapy) to support people impacted by depression, anxiety, effects of past trauma, care taking responsibilities, & life transitions. I am a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has been practicing since 2014. Therapy is a challenging but rewarding exercise you can engage in to care for yourself and the others in your life. I invite you to accept the challenge in order to learn more about yourself and build skills to help you live the life you want. I look forward to supporting you in the process.
