Introduction

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, you don’t have to sort it out by yourself. My role is to hold steady space for what you’re going through, and to help you move forward with insight, tools, and real-life support. I do this work because I believe people can change their story. Growing up, I became acutely aware of the “cracks” people can fall through— in families, systems, and society. That perspective shaped how I see people: not as problems to be fixed, but as human beings navigating real environments, histories, pressures, and expectations. What keeps me doing this work is simple: I love watching clients move from surviving to thriving. Therapy can help you rewrite patterns that no longer serve you, reconnect with what matters, and build a life that feels more grounded, more intentional, and more abundant — not defined by scarcity or just getting by, but with abundance just over the horizon. The world is far from perfect, but together we can make it better, one honest conversation and one brave step at a time. I aim to show up as insightful, compassionate, easy to talk to, and effective. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to perform or have the perfect explanation—you can be honest, human, and real. I believe change is a direction, not a destination. We’re all in a constant state of becoming My work is guided by four values: connection, growth, empowerment, and balance. • Connection — feeling seen and understood • Growth — small steps that build momentum • Empowerment — strengthening agency • Balance — sustainable wellbeing Adults who are ready and willing to create change—even if you’re not sure what that looks like yet. Many clients come in for support with burnout, relationship stress, life transitions, anxiety, low mood, or wanting to feel more balanced and intentional. What matters most is a willingness to be honest and try something different—one step at a time. If it turns out you need a different level of care, I’ll help you find the right fit and support you with referrals.
