You’ll be accepted with all your beautiful quirks making you who you are. As a fellow human and therapist, who has been on their own journey, I hope to work with you by your side, equipping you with various therapeutic skills, until you are ready to fly solo. Once you have done the work, things will slowly trickle into place. In the meantime, I will be in your tag team as backup support, genuinely rooting for you, and holding a nonjudgemental and non-shaming space to steady yourself until you are ready. At times, being another voice to combat that negative voice from within.
