As a LMFTt, I bring together my years working as a Registered Nurse in Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatric Psychiatric settings with a genuine passion for helping people through honest connection. Those experiences taught me the value of empathy, a sharp ear for what’s not said, a quick wit, and meeting people exactly where they are. I believe every client is unique, and I use both my medical and therapy background to support connection, resilience, and meaningful growth. My work is guided by evidenced based research, but also by the belief that therapy should feel safe, supportive, and be tailored to each person’s journey. Outside of sessions, my life revolves around my family—I’m a partner and parent first, and that’s reflected in how I approach relationships both at work and at home. Compassion for others is important to me, but so is being honest and straightforward; I find real strength in clear communication. Curiosity drives me in both personal and professional interactions: I genuinely enjoy helping others open up, shift perspective, and build stronger relationships. Most of all, I want everyone I interact with to feel seen, accepted, and understood. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where people feel safe to be themselves, explore what matters most, and make positive changes, big or small. If you’re looking for someone who combines practical skill with genuine warmth—and can laugh when life gets tough—I hope you’ll feel at home here. https://wholesystemstherapy.com
