Introduction

I believe life can leave us feeling stuck in patterns we don't fully understand—whether in our relationships, how we see ourselves, or how we respond to challenges. As a mental health counselor, I work with individuals and couples across all life stages, from teenagers through elders, to explore anxiety, depression, trauma, and separation anxiety. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral techniques, and family work in a warm, collaborative space where you can be genuinely yourself. Together, we'll get curious about the thoughts and experiences shaping who you are, work through patterns that may be holding you back, and move toward greater self-awareness and meaningful change. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. You don't have to navigate this journey alone.
