Introduction

It can be scary to reach out for help from a mental health therapist... sharing your thoughts and past with a person you don't know. I want you to know that I respect your bravery in taking this step, whether it's your first time or trying again. We can see if I might be a good fit for you during this stage of your emotional healing. I am a seasoned mental health professional with decades of experience in behavioral health therapy, supporting individuals through life's most difficult moments. My walk with Jesus informs my nonjudgmental approach, and I am adept at working with trauma survivors, people struggling with relationship issues, older adults, as well as those rebuilding their lives after abuse and even incarceration. Whether you're grieving, managing anxiety or depression, processing trauma, or simply feeling isolated, I'm here to help you develop coping skills and find meaning in your journey. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family dynamics work, tailoring each approach to your unique needs. I work with young adults through elders and accept UPMC Health Plan, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicare of Pennsylvania, and Optum insurance, as well as private-pay clients. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to take a step forward, I'd welcome the opportunity to support you.
