I believe therapy is co-creation—you're the expert of your own experiences, and my role is to help you make meaning of what you're living through. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and self-acceptance. I use an eclectic approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Polyvagal Nervous System theory. My work centers on challenging automatic negative thoughts, building coping skills, and destigmatizing shame and self-judgment. I bring a justice-informed lens to our work, recognizing how culture, identity, and systemic oppression shape your experience. My background includes work with combat veterans and sexual trauma survivors, and I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and safe. I offer individual and couples sessions via telehealth or in-person, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
