I offer individual and couples sessions via telehealth or in-person, as well as Oregon state certified (BLSW) licensure supervision for Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs). I believe therapy is co-creation—you're the expert of your own experiences, and my role is to help you make meaning of what you're living through. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, significant life transitions, identity exploration, cultural diversity and oppression, and self-acceptance. My work centers on building coping skills, healing trauma, and overcoming shame. I use an eclectic approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Polyvagal Nervous System theory. I bring a justice-informed lens to our work, recognizing how culture, identity, and systemic oppression shape your experience. My background includes work with queer and gender diverse communities, neurodivergent individuals, diverse cultural groups, college students, combat veterans, and sexual trauma survivors. I also provide individual and group clinical supervision to Master of Social Work students and CSWAs. I provide services in English and Spanish. I'm committed to creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and safe.
