Hello! My name is Eleri (rhymes with “celery”), and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and clinician at Three Oaks. I work with children, teens, young adults, and parents, helping people feel understood and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges. My approach is practical, collaborative, and individualized. I help clients understand the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while building tools that work in everyday life. I support clients and families navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life transitions, drawing from play therapy, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor sessions to each person’s personality, strengths, and needs. With kids, we might play games, color, or try hands-on activities (because sitting still for 50 minutes isn't usually their idea of a good time!). With teens and young adults, sessions might involve conversation, skill-building, or interactive strategies. And yes, we can absolutely still play UNO while we talk! I also love working with parents, both alongside their child’s therapy and in parent-focused sessions, to develop practical strategies that support progress at home and beyond. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start wherever you are and take it from there!
