Maybe your life isn't what you expected, or maybe it is, but for some reason you still feel anxious or depressed. Maybe you lost someone or something, and the world kept moving without you. Maybe you love your partner and struggle to reach shared understanding. You might be trying to build a life that looks different from the ones you’ve seen modeled for you. I partner with my clients to work through trauma, grief and loss, couples, and career and life transitions. Together, we’ll look at what’s behind the feeling, in your story and your body, and move toward a life that feels more like yours. My approach is relational and body-aware, grounded in humanistic-existential and feminist/liberation perspectives. We’ll attend to your nervous system, body, and your story. I treat identity, culture, and neurodivergence as essential context, not problems to be solved. You won’t have to educate me or mask in session. Reaching out to a therapist can feel like a big step, especially when you’re overwhelmed or not quite sure what you need. I offer a steady, client-led space to start sorting through things together. If you’re curious whether it could be a good fit, call Elements to set up an initial appointment.
