Introduction

Hi, I’m Eli Padilla (she/her), a graduate-level counselor passionate about creating spaces where healing feels safe, authentic, and culturally aware. As a first-generation Latina and daughter of immigrants, I understand how heavy life can feel and how hard it can be to ask for support. I work with adults, teens, and couples navigating trauma, identity, and life transitions, and I have a special focus on supporting people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and children of immigrants. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and my goal is to meet you where you are, help you explore your story, understand your experiences, and find ways to feel more grounded and empowered in your life. I strive to offer care that is compassionate, honest, and guided by your needs, so that together we can work toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
