I have experience working with adults and adolescents navigating substance use and behavioral addictions, trauma, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting first-generation children of immigrant parents as they explore identity, cultural expectations, and the pressures that often come with balancing multiple worlds. My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I am fluent in Spanish and committed to providing culturally responsive and accessible care. I take an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from solution-focused, psychodynamic, and narrative modalities to support individuals in identifying strengths, gaining insight, and moving toward meaningful and sustainable change.
