Introduction

I’m a powerhouse with a big heart, and I bring that energy to every session. Before becoming a therapist, I proudly served in the U.S. Army as a CBRN Specialist and an Administrative Specialist. Service taught me a lot about resilience and gives me a real connection with service members, veterans, and military families. I have a special passion for helping women heal from trauma, including sexual trauma. I also work with teens, adults, caregivers, and professionals through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and big life transitions. Many of my clients are the strong ones everyone else leans on, and they deserve support too. I’m known for being straightforward. You’ll get warmth, empathy, and zero judgment from me, along with honest feedback. I’ll gently challenge you to look at things from new angles and discover strengths you may not realize you have. I’m EMDR trained and use it to help clients process trauma and move forward with confidence. I also bring in CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based tools. I founded Vet2Mom Solutions, coaching veterans, professionals, and entrepreneurs. I hold a master’s in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine and a bachelor’s in Psychology from San Diego State. Your past is part of your story, but you get to write what comes next. I’d be honored to help. Supervision Disclosure: Elisa is a Resident in Counseling and does not have authority for independent practice.
