Introduction

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Boise State University and bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Spanish from Sonoma State University. My background includes working with at-risk foster youth, serving as a DCFS caseworker, managing a 62-bed domestic violence shelter, and providing therapy to children and families involved with DCFS and post-adoption. I currently work as a clinician with Intermountain’s Employee Assistance Program, supporting individuals ages 6 and up, as well as couples and families. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity concerns, and relationship challenges. I offer trauma-informed, client-centered care using CBT, ACT, TBRI, EMDR, and mindfulness practices. I’m passionate about supporting underrepresented populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community, and also offer sessions in Spanish. I understand that life doesn’t always fit a 9–5 schedule, so I offer sessions outside of traditional business hours to accommodate those with busy or unconventional routines. My goal is to help each client reconnect with their strengths and move toward a more fulfilling life.
