My primary goal is for you to leave each session feeling that your needs and goals have been genuinely addressed. I care deeply about this work and will listen with compassion and curiosity to what brings you here. I believe you already possess the inner strength and skills to meet your challenges, and I see our work as a collaborative journey toward unlocking those capacities. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your goals, try new approaches, and learn more about yourself. My hope is that each session becomes something you look forward to. My work with adults is active, engaging, and creative. I am trauma-trained and draw from a body-centered approach, IFS, Brainspotting, Deep Brain Reorienting, the Sedona Method, psychoeducation, and guided mindfulness. We won’t only talk about the difficulties you’re facing—we’ll take meaningful steps to address them. Change and relief are possible when you’re willing to show up, take risks, and grow. One of my favorite quotes is from Howard Thurman: “Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” I hope to support you in discovering what makes you come alive and sharing that with the world.
