Elisabeth is passionate about supporting adolescents ages 14 and older and adults who are ready to better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives. She takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, believing that each individual is the expert on their own life. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working together to build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and improve overall well-being. Throughout her career, Elisabeth has worked in a variety of settings, including children and family services, inpatient substance use treatment, outpatient mental health, and psychiatric inpatient care. These diverse experiences have given her a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for each person’s unique journey. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, Elisabeth meets them with compassion, curiosity, and genuine care. She is committed to walking alongside her clients as they work toward healing, personal growth, and creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.
