Hi! I’m Elisabeth. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. In our sessions, you’ll find a warm, collaborative space to build resilience, cultivate self-compassion, and develop practical strategies to reach your goals. I’ll support you in exploring tools to integrate your thoughts and feelings, tune into your inner wisdom, and foster deeper connections to help you overcome obstacles and find more ease in your everyday life. Whether you’re healing from past wounds or seeking to live more authentically, I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you find a way forward. I’m a trauma-informed, strengths-based therapist who blends narrative, person-centered, and systems approaches with CBT, mindfulness, and parts work. I'm currently in the process of pursuing additional training in trauma-informed therapy (EMDR) under supervision. Together, we’ll examine how unconscious beliefs shape your reactions, rework the stories you carry about yourself and the world, and consider how your social environments have shaped your life. Taking the first step toward support can feel daunting, and my goal is to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible. To schedule a free 15-minute consultation, you can email me or call the Accent Counseling front desk. Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, gardening, painting, and reading.
