I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, tics, executive functioning challenges, behavioral concerns, and complex medical conditions, including FND and PANS/PANDAS. I'm also trained in the SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) program and provide parent coaching focused on strengthening attachment, reducing family accommodation of anxiety, and building authentic, effective strategies. Together, we identify values and develop practical coping skills that support meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and person-centered. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring treatment to each individual's strengths, needs, and goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you, develop skills that feel manageable and sustainable, and build the confidence to move toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling. Therapy isn't always about becoming a different person—it's about finding ways to respond to life's challenges that align with your values and help you move forward.
