Hi, I am Elise. I received my bachelor's from the University of Oregon in Psychology. While living in Austin, TX I decided to pursue my master's via National University in Performance Psychology. I have a passion for what I do. While going to school I worked as a case manager before becoming a therapist. I received my counseling hours by working in the school setting. I provide services for those between 5 and 25 who need support managing their emotions, behaviors or processing unresolved trauma. My training was primarily trauma-based or neurodivergent centered. My focus is on providing a safe space for you to learn to express yourself in a healthy and productive manner. My goal is to help you succeed in all aspects of their life. I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for success. My therapy technique is unique to each client, and I use a mixture of different interventions in therapy. I got my start working in the schools working primarily with K thru 8th grade. If I am not in the office, you will find me with my two dogs, reading a book, watching college football (Sco Ducks!) or adventuring the outdoors.
