At some point in our lives, we all go through situations and have life experiences that may cause us to seek out therapy. Perhaps you are currently having relationship issues, dealing with a loss, feeling stressed out at work or simply need help balancing the various demands in your life. I am a licensed clinical social worker with many years of experience providing individual, group and couple therapy. Using a strengths-based approach, I will help you develop the tools you need to work on achieving your goals and building resiliency in your life. My goal is to provide you with a safe space where you feel comfortable being open & honest. I will meet you where you’re at, collaborate with you and help you take action to improve your life.
