Introduction

ABOUT ME: I work with adults who look “fine” on the outside but feel stuck on the inside—caught in overthinking, anxiety, relationship patterns, or boundary struggles that keep repeating no matter how hard they try. My style is extremely casual and authentic: you get a space where you can show up as you are, feel accepted, and still be gently (and directly) challenged. We’ll build practical tools you can use right away, and we’ll also do deeper work to process trauma and life experiences you may have minimized—but that are still shaping how you feel and relate today. HOW I WORK: Therapy with me is a mix of practical coping skills, deeper processing, and pattern work. We’ll focus on: - Skills and tools you can use between sessions - Processing trauma and life experiences that still impact you today - Relationship patterns, boundaries, self-trust, and attachment themes - Integrating insight into day-to-day change KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (KAP): I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for adults. KAP is provided in coordination with a licensed medical prescriber. I coordinate prescriber services through Journey Clinical, where clients meet with licensed psychiatric providers (prescriber visits may accept insurance depending on your plan and eligibility). *IMPORTANT KAP DETAILS* - In-person KAP sessions are offered on Fridays only at this time - Initial KAP appointments are typically 3 hours - KAP sessions can take place in your home or another pre-arranged private location - I only travel for KAP; travel beyond a 20-minute drive time includes paid mileage - After an initial KAP session, I can continue working with clients virtually for ongoing psychotherapy and integration when that’s the best fit KAP INFORMATION (BEFORE A CONSULT): If you’re curious about KAP, I’m happy to send informational details by request—no consultation required. You can review the basics first, and then schedule a free consult if it feels like a potential fit. SCHEDULING: Telehealth availability is Monday–Thursday. First appointment start time: 8:00 AM Lunch break: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM Last appointment start time: 2:00 PM No evening or weekend availability at this time. In-person sessions are Fridays only (for KAP). GETTING STARTED (FREE 18-MINUTE CONSULT): I offer a free 18-minute consultation to help you decide whether we’re a good fit and to discuss next steps. To get started, you can text, call, or email. INSURANCE & SUPERBILLS: I provide superbills for clients who want to seek out-of-network reimbursement. If you’d like support estimating potential out-of-network benefits or help with the claims process, I also offer Mentaya as an optional service to help clients get reimbursed for out-of-network therapy! To see if you qualify, check here: mentaya.co/b/2JX5XSR9ixaAFOTCL1Lf FIT & REFERRALS: I’m likely a good fit if you’re looking for a therapy approach that’s grounded, practical, and relationship-focused, with space for both tools and deeper work. If you’re specifically seeking Brainspotting, a highly specialized advanced IFS-only practice, or dedicated eating disorder specialty treatment, I may not be the best match—but I’m happy to help you think through next steps and point you toward a better-fit referral. CRISIS / SAFETY NOTE: I’m not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you’re in the U.S. and need immediate emotional support, you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
