Introduction

I like to describe my style of a person-centered approach as coming alongside you as we wonder into what might feel like unknowns, painful wounds, or old familiarities. One thing is for certain, you won't be alone in whatever might surface. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in deep exploration of trauma, identity shifts, and the felt-sense of their experiences. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental, therapeutic space for you to explore parts of you that you naturally have curiosity to explore. Part of this process means coming together to uncover the road map that has shaped you into the human you are today. I am an EMDR-trained therapist who uses an integrative approach to help you explore parts of you that might feel too complex to untangle on your own. I focus primary on the integration of the mind and body, through the approach of EMDR and other modalities such as sandtray, somatic practices, mindfulness, and expressive activities. I like to extend the invitation of being curious towards the stories your nervous system might have to tell you. I believe through courage, we choose to feel the pain we carry and then we are able to uncover the gentle nudges within our systems. My goal for you would be to feel a new found strength and comfort as you learn to show up as your authentic self.
