I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort, led by your personal goals. Working together as a team, therapy can aid in building insight into patterns (and change patterns if they no longer serve you), practice skills to better regulate emotions, deepen self knowledge, show up as the best version of yourself in relationships, or just feel supported through seasons of life. My approach to therapy prioritizes building a warm, open, and trusting relationship with clients. Together, we will work toward your goals, personal growth and any changes you seek. Based on your goals, I integrate a variety of evidenced-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), relational therapy and psychodynamic theory. We will highlight your unique strengths as an individual and build new skills and strategies to help you build the best and most content version of yourself.
