Introduction

Do you feel stuck in a cycle where nothing you do feels good enough? The constant comparison and negative self-talk, feeling burned out with work and your personal life, the guilt around food and negative body image thoughts, struggling in relationships, not feeling like the "real" you, and questioning who you really are —it's exhausting, and you shouldn't have to carry all of that alone. In our work together, we'll focus on developing genuine flexibility and resilience, not some rigid version of yourself. We'll challenge those harsh inner voices, question the rules that no longer serve you, and figure out who you are when you're not trying to meet impossible standards. With over a decade of experience, I offer evidence-based treatment tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in addressing eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. I utilize interventions from psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment-based therapy, ACT, Family-Based Treatment, and more to evolve and create lasting change. Reaching out takes courage, and I admire your strength in seeking support. I believe each person has the power to grow, heal, and embrace the changes they desire. I aim to create a place where you don't have to perform or pretend. No judgment here—just real conversations about what you're going through and what you need to move forward.
